LOVE is in the air as we as we prepare for Valentine’s Day by creating fun and loving pictures on the computers and iPads. The combination of creativity joined with technological skills is amazing and the children are so proud of the beautiful pictures they create!  Please keep an eye out for the items coming home in their folders over the next few weeks!

Our Toddlers and 2/3 year-olds are learning while they “play” as they develop their fine motor skills using the Tiny Hands sorting apps on the iPads.  These are great cognitive programs where they need to sort items based on different concepts such as size, shape, color, type, etc. The children love to “play” the games but don’t even realize how much they are learning and developing their motor skills while doing so.  We also sprinkle in fun learning videos for the letter of the week and a little dancing and singing along puts big smiles on their faces!

Our PreK classes have been rocking the letter tracing and learning programs, along with their new-found love of robotics and coding!  I am so proud of how they have embraced these programs, as well as the concepts and team building skills that they are developing!
