Dear Parents,
Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year! I am so excited to have your child in my class. I am looking forward to share, what I know will be, a wonderful year full of fun and exciting learning experiences.
I would like to take this opportunity to request a few things. The first is a full change of clothing for your child. I suggest sending in a set of clothes for the warmer weather and a set for the colder weather to come. Please label all belongings. If your child is wearing a diaper please supply diapers or pull-ups and wipes. Also, we will be having a rest/nap time for the full-day children. Park Shore will supply the mats, please bring in a small blanket for your child to rest with (no sleeping bags please). Some parents prefer to send in a crib sheet as well. I will send it home every Friday to be washed. Please send your child in with sneakers, if this is not possible then please put a pair in their backpack, as we will be playing on the playgrounds outside. If you have not yet handed in your child’s profile sheet and any other paperwork, please make sure you submit it soon so that we can be aware of your child’s needs.
Please make sure to check the Park Shore website weekly. There you will find important information, the class lessons, school closings, and pictures of your child. ☺
If you would like to visit before the start of school, please call the office and they will advise you of when I will be available. Thank you for this opportunity to work with your child.
