The Explorers would like to welcome our August campers. We look forward to another fun-filled four weeks of exciting adventures, where our campers make memories to last a lifetime.

Week Five
Monday, July 24
Today we will head to Lazerland in Commack. Campers will participate in activities including dodgeball and LazerTag. Bring your competitive energy as this will be a fun day of competition. We will eat lunch at Miller’s Ale House in Commack.

Tuesday, July 25
Today we are headed to Medieval Times in New Jersey. Campers will enjoy the lunch show as they cheer on the Knights in battle. We plan to arrive back at camp around 5:00. Please begin calling at 4:15 for a more accurate arrival time.

Wednesday, July 26
The Explorers are headed to Westhampton for a day of Paddleboarding and fun in the sun. We will be eating lunch in the town followed by a special treat at Tates bakeshop. Please bring a change of clothes and a towel. We will arrive back at camp at 5:45. Parents , please call at 5:00 to confirm our arrival time.

Thursday, July 27
Today we will head to Smith Point Beach. Please wear your bathing suit (and flip-flops) to camp and bring a towel, sunscreen, and change of clothes. We will enjoy a picnic lunch.

Friday, July 28
Today we get to experience another exciting Explorer trip, Bayville Adventure Park. We will enjoy their many thrilling activities including, miniature golf, bumper boats, and Haunted Mazes.

Week Six
Monday, July 31
We will eat lunch at The Main Event before spending the afternoon filled with thrills on all the great rides at Adventureland Amusement Park. Please wear your travel shirt.

We are headed to Crystal Springs Resort in Sussex County New Jersey. Please get dropped off at camp at 8:00 am for an early departure. You should wear your travel shirt to camp and bring 2 bathing suits, and clothes for two days. We will enjoy the many attractions at the resort including swimming, the adventure center and many more. The evening will be complete with a campfire and scavenger hunt. We will arrive back to camp at around 5:30 pm on Wednesday. Parents, please call at 4:45 pm to confirm our arrival time.

Thursday, August 3
We will spend the day at Dave and Buster’s in Islandia enjoying the arcade and will then head to lunch at a local restaurant. .

Friday, August 4
The Explorers are headed to Long Island Adventure Park. Please wear sneakers and athletic clothes for the day as we` will be climbing and zip lining. We will be eating pizza for lunch while at the adventure park. If you have not already done so, please complete the waiver online.
