Dear Parents,
Congratulations on deciding to be a part of the Park Shore family.  For those of you joining us for the first time, WELCOME!  Your child will experience a tradition unlike any other.  And for those returning, WELCOME BACK! We found a way to top last year’s summer of fun.  It’s called the Super Seniors.

As a Super Senior, your child will experience all of the great events, activities, and fun that Park Shore has to offer three times during the week. The other two days, they will be leaving the campgrounds to enjoy the many places that Long Island has to offer. From fishing trips and the beach to Splish Splash and Laser Kingdom, the summer of 2017 promises great memories that your child will keep throughout his/her lifetime.  As always, we want to stress that safety is our number one concern.  The Super Senior staff will make your child our number one priority.  Park Shore’s tradition of hiring the best continues into the summer of 2017.  The Super Senior staff’s expectations are high and our goal is to give your child the best experience possible.

Almost all of our trips will get your child home for the dismissal bus.  However, the Super Seniors will be staying later at Splish Splash; you will be picking your child up at camp after the camp day for this trip. Some of our destinations however require a waiver from the camper’s parents/guardians so please remember to hand in all of your child’s permission slips.

On a personal note, this is my eighth year as Director for the Super Seniors. I’m always excited about being part of the Park Shore family.  It seems I’m about the last one in my family to do so.  Both of my sons have gone to Park Shore since they were two. Even my wife was a camper here starting at age four. Like I said, congratulations for joining the Park Shore family.  It’s going to be one of the greatest pleasures that your child will remember.  I hope to see you all at the Travel Orientation before the summer begins (date to be announced).  If you have any questions, concerns, never hesitate to call.

Let the summer of 2017 begin,
Reid and the Super Senior Staff
